Oh right, the airlines that have nonstop flights are shown at the top but if you scroll down the page, you'll see a list of connecting flights.

Unfortunately, we don't have the ability yet to check the flight numbers to figure out exactly which flights are direct (with no plane changes). But you can get an idea of possible airlines that offer direct flights and see where the connection would be.

Once you have a list of airlines, the best thing to do is to search on the airline website directly. You can put in two flights, from the origin to the connecting airport, and from the connection to the final destination. Then you can compare flight numbers to figure out possible direct flights.

It's a lot of work right now, but hopefully we'll be able to build a tool to integrate flight numbers so we can automate this process for you eventually.
